New York-based entrepreneur Eugene Remm builds businesses rooted in his passion for food, service, and vibe, with the ultimate goal of creating experiences. Remm co-founded the acclaimed Catch Hospitality Group, which employs more than 1,000 people across seven markets including New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Aspen, Miami Beach, Dallas, and Scottsdale. The group has achieved notable success as a bi-coastal, multi-market operation and partnered with Tilman Fertitta’s privately owned Landry’s, Inc. in 2017.
Alongside longtime partner Tilman Fertitta, Remm has expanded beyond CATCH with the introduction of successful standalone concepts The Corner Store and The Eighty Six. In early 2026, Or’esh debuted in SoHo as a live-fire modern Mediterranean concept, while The Corner Store prepares for its Las Vegas debut in Fall 2026, continuing the group's strategic expansion.

Since 2011, CHG has evolved from a standalone New York City flagship into one of the most renowned restaurant groups, best known for pioneering creative and dynamic hospitality experiences in major markets. The group's success is driven by a team-first mentality and a relentless pursuit of its three core principles: great food, great service, and great vibe.
Building on the success of The Corner Store and the recent launch of The Eighty Six, CHG has expanded its standalone portfolio with the opening of Or’esh, a live-fire modern mediterranean concept. The group is also preparing to introduce The Corner Store at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, while continuing to grow its New York City presence with an additional standalone concept to be announced soon.
Meanwhile, the CATCH brand continues its thoughtful growth, following Miami Beach (2024) and Dallas (2024) with its most recent addition at Scottsdale’s Fashion Square (2025). CATCH first debuted in New York City’s meatpacking district in 2011, followed by locations in los angeles (2016) and Las Vegas at the ARIA Resort & Casino (2018), along with the expansion of its sister concept, Catch Steak Aspen (2021).
