Catch Hospitality Group (CHG) was co-founded by Eugene Remm in 2011 with the opening of Catch NYC in Manhattan's Meatpacking District. What began as a single seafood restaurant quickly became one of New York City's most sought-after dining destinations and laid the foundation for a hospitality company built around a simple philosophy: great food, great service, and great vibe.
Today, CHG is a bi-coastal, multi-market restaurant group employing more than 1,000 people across New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Aspen, Miami Beach, Dallas, and Scottsdale. In 2017, the company partnered with Tilman Fertitta's privately owned Landry's, Inc., providing the capital and infrastructure to support its next phase of growth while preserving the entrepreneurial spirit that made Catch a success.

CATCH is Catch Hospitality Group's iconic seafood, steak, and sushi brand, pairing a food-first mentality with vibrant atmospheres that feel unmistakably of their city. The flagship location opened in 2011 in New York City's Meatpacking District, where the seafood-driven concept quickly became one of the city's most in-demand dining destinations. STAND-ALONE CONCEPTS
Under the leadership of Eugene Remm and longtime partner Tilman Fertitta, Catch Hospitality Group has expanded beyond the CATCH brand to include standalone concepts, each with its own distinct identity. The Corner Store became an instant SoHo favorite, while The Eighty Six brought an intimate steakhouse dining experience to New York's West Village. In early 2026, the group introduced Or'esh, a live-fire modern Mediterranean restaurant in SoHo. The Corner Store is set to make its Las Vegas debut in Fall 2026, with additional concepts planned as CHG continues to grow.

The Eighty Six is an intimate steakhouse dedicated to sourcing directly from small, independent ranches across the globe. Located in the former Chumley's space, where the culinary term "86" was born and Hemingway and Fitzgerald once gathered, it revives the spirit of timeless New York dining.
Or'esh
New York - 2026
Named for light and fire, Or'esh is a Mediterranean restaurant inspired by the Levant, where pristine seafood, flame-kissed meats, and seasonal produce come together over coal in celebration of connection, culture, and ingredient-driven cooking.
