Eugene Remm | Entrepreneur & Restaurateur
New York-based entrepreneur, Eugene Remm, builds businesses based on his passion for food, service and vibe — with the ultimate goal of creating authentic, lifestyle-driven experiences. Remm’s sharp creative direction and flair for crafting brands that resonate combine with a business strategy that balances structure with culture in unique concepts.
Remm co-founded acclaimed Catch Hospitality Group (Catch, Catch Steak) — which houses a combined 1,000+ employees across 6 locations (New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Aspen) and has achieved notable success as a bi-coastal, multi-market operation, partnering with Tilman Fertitta’s privately owned Landry’s, Inc. in 2017. Catch Hospitality Group has announced plans to open 3 additional outposts (Miami Beach, Dallas, Scottsdale) by 2025.
Remm also co-founded Rumble Boxing as Chief Brand Officer focusing on all things brand, design, and experience. After scaling the business to 13 locations Rumble was sold to Xponential Fitness (XPOF), the largest global franchise group of boutique fitness brands.
Since 2011, Catch Hospitality Group has grown from a standalone NYC flagship into one of the most renowned restaurant groups best-known for CATCH and CATCH STEAK. Partners Tilman Fertitta, Mark Birnbaum and Eugene Remm have propelled the group's success with a team-first mentality and relentless pursuit of the brand's 3 core principles: great food, great service, and great vibe. CHG's thoughtful expansion continues to pioneer dynamic hospitality experiences in major markets: New York City, Los Angeles, las Vegas, Aspen, and soon Miami Beach and Dallas.
A multi-unit icon with 6 successful locations and 2 more under construction, CATCH was first introduced to New York City's Meatpacking District in 2011 and has since expanded to Los Angeles (2016) and Las Vegas at the ARIA Resort & Casino (2018). Sister concept CATCH STEAK opened its premiere New York City location in 2019, just a few blocks away from CATCH, and followed with outposts in Aspen (2021) and Los Angeles (2022). CHG looks forward to CATCH's Florida and Texas expansion to the South of Fifth community in Miami Beach (2023) and to Maple Terrace in Uptown Dallas (2024).
